2. Cookies or Tracking

We do not use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking. We only use strictly necessary cookies or similar technical storage required to operate the Service, such as maintaining login sessions, remembering security settings, and protecting account security.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Our service is offered on a subscription basis. Payments, renewals, invoicing, and tax handling are processed by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

When you subscribe, Creem collects and processes payment and billing information necessary to complete transactions, calculate taxes, prevent fraud, and comply with financial regulations. We do not store full payment card details.

Subscription billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • The applicable subscription price and renewal frequency will be displayed before purchase.
  • Billing occurs at the start of each billing cycle
  • Invoices and receipts are issued by Creem
  • Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated by Creem

Payment issues

If a payment fails, Creem may retry charges and notify you. Access to paid features may be suspended or limited until payment is successfully completed.

You may manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription through your account settings or billing portal. After cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

4. How We Use Personal Data

  • Provide and operate the service
  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Provide access to subscription features and video storage
  • Process billing and manage subscriptions
  • Respond to inquiries and provide support
  • Maintain security and prevent misuse
  • Comply with legal and financial obligations

We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.

5. User Content & Video Uploads

Users may upload private video content ("User Content"). Uploaded videos are private by default. Users may choose to transfer a copy of their User Content to another user's account using features provided by the Service. We process such transfers solely at the direction of the user initiating the transfer. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions before transferring User Content to another user. We are not responsible for User Content shared by users with others.

We do not routinely access or view private User Content. Access by authorized personnel may occur only where reasonably necessary to operate the Service, provide requested technical support, investigate suspected abuse or policy violations, comply with legal obligations, or protect the security, rights, or safety of the Service and its users.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have any required permissions, consents, or other legal bases necessary for recording, uploading, and sharing videos containing identifiable individuals.
  • You retain ownership of your User Content. This license does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transfer copies of your User Content between user accounts at your direction, encode, transcode, re-encode, generate thumbnails and previews from, cache, distribute via content-delivery networks, and back up your videos, in each case solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service to you. Videos are not used for marketing, analytics, advertising, or AI/model training.
  • This does not prevent us from using aggregated or anonymized information that no longer reasonably identifies you or other individuals.
  • We may engage third-party service providers (for example, infrastructure, storage, and content-delivery providers) to process your videos strictly on our behalf and under written data-processing terms. You authorize us to grant them a sublicense limited to performing those services. They may not use your videos for any other purpose.
  • Uploaded videos and other User Content may be deleted 7–30 days following subscription expiration or account termination, or earlier if you remove them. Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important content.
  • We may remove content in response to reports, legal requests, or policy violations.

6. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

  • Contract performance — to create and manage accounts, provide the Service, store User Content, and provide subscription features.
  • Legal obligations — to comply with accounting, tax, financial, and other legal requirements.
  • Legitimate interests — to maintain security, prevent misuse, improve reliability, and protect the Service and our users.

Users are responsible for obtaining any permissions, consents, or other legal bases required under applicable law from individuals appearing in uploaded content. We do not determine whether a user's recording, upload, or sharing of User Content complies with those requirements.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data.

We may share data with:

  • We currently use service providers for payment processing, cloud hosting, authentication, email delivery, content storage, and content delivery. A current list of our primary service providers is available upon request.Fd
  • Creem (Merchant of Record) for payment processing
  • Legal authorities when required by law

Where applicable, service providers acting as processors are bound by appropriate data protection agreements and process personal data only according to our instructions.

8. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where required by applicable law, we ensure that such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision by the European Commission or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

  • Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after account deletion where necessary for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
  • Billing and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax laws.
  • Technical logs and security-related information are retained only for as long as necessary for security monitoring, troubleshooting, and preventing misuse.
  • Uploaded videos and other User Content may be deleted 7–30 days following subscription expiration or account termination, or earlier if you remove them.
  • After account deletion, we delete or anonymize personal data unless we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, tax, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of important content.

10. Data Security

  • Secure infrastructure and access controls
  • Encryption in transit and, where applicable, at rest
  • Security monitoring and safeguards

No internet transmission method is completely secure.

11. Your Rights (EU/EEA Users)

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent where we rely on consent as a legal basis for processing.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@spush.dance. We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond to your request without undue delay and, in most cases, within one month of receiving it, unless a longer period is permitted under applicable data protection law.

You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Sweden, this is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

12. Users Outside the EU

If you access the service from outside the EU, your information will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable local laws.

13. Children’s Privacy

Age of users

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 as account holders. We do not knowingly create accounts for individuals under 18. However, User Content uploaded by authorized adult users may contain identifiable individuals under 18 where permitted by applicable law.

Content depicting minors

User Content that depicts individuals under 18 may only be uploaded where permitted by applicable law and where the uploader has obtained all required permissions, consents, or other lawful bases. Users must not upload content involving individuals under 18 that is unlawful, exploitative, abusive, inappropriate, or otherwise violates the rights or safety of the individual. See the Terms for additional restrictions.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
